Our Curriculum Philosophy
At BRIDGES, we are committed to nurturing the whole child, spiritually, emotionally, socially, physically, and intellectually. Using the WEE Learn curriculum as our foundation, we create a developmentally appropriate learning environment that reflects how Jesus grew: “in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and man” (Luke 2:52).
We understand that each child’s growth is a journey, not a one-time event. Development begins at conception and continues throughout life, which is why our curriculum is thoughtfully designed to meet children at their current stage of development and support them as they grow.

Purposeful, Christ-Centered Learning
Our teachers plan engaging, hands-on activities that promote:
- Language and literacy
- Early math and science skills
- Phonological awareness
- Creative expression
- Social-emotional development
These experiences are tailored to each child’s individual needs and interests, ensuring they are both challenged and supported. All learning takes place in a safe, nurturing, and faith-based environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.
We place equal importance on all areas of development, spiritual, cognitive, physical, emotional, and social, so that children grow into well-rounded individuals with a strong sense of self and a deep connection to God.

Theme-Based Exploration
Our curriculum is built around meaningful themes that help children explore God’s world and understand how to live in it with love and purpose. These themes are designed to build a foundational understanding of:
- God and Jesus
- The Bible and the church
- Self and others
- The natural world
Each theme includes a variety of age-appropriate activities and experiences that spark imagination, encourage critical thinking, and reinforce biblical truths.
